Frosty Thanksgiving Sunday!!

When we got up this morning the temperature outside was 30 degrees..brrr..there is definitely frost on the pumpkin today!!!

Our day started off very chilly..we had the furnace and the electric heater going..once the sun came out it was a good day.

Carlie came out for Thanksgiving dinner and she joined us on some geo-caching adventures..it was two out of three for us today!!

We managed to find one that had out-smarted us last time..The Heritage Tree-Big Leaf Maple..one quick look around and we had the cache in our hot little hands.

The next one was The Watchtower..we had no luck with this one..one out of two so far..

Our last one for this lovely Sunday was The Fort View Trail..

down the trail along the river and through the trees and there it was ..just at the right height for our tall geo-cacher in our group..two out of three..not bad for the geo-caching newbies!!!

We had a great Thanksgiving Sunday..ham, scalloped potatoes and peas for dinner and pumpkin pie for dessert...a successful meal!

After Carlie left we started putting some of the outside items away just in case they are damp in the morning and now we are inside watching our usual Sunday night TV shows..the Amazing Race, Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters..

another great day is done!!!
