Spring has sprung?

Spring has sprung, the grass has ris’,
I wonder where the birdie is?

There he is up in the sky,
He dropped some whitewash in my eye!

I‘m alright, I won't cry,
I'm just glad that cows can't fly!’

well..it is not exactly spring weather but daylight savings time is done…..so what was done today at our house??

spring cleaning!!!..not exactly how we would normally spend a Sunday morning… but when the rain is coming down in buckets…we may as well clean…the steamer, windex and the vacuum worked overtime this morning…

our condo is clean and tidy..now come on sun..time to come out of hiding…

yet another weekend is done…back to the grind tomorrow..

I have missed hearing from all my ‘blogging buddies’..so thanks for all the comments on my ‘girls day out post’…

This afternoon we went to Langley to kick a few tires…a fun way to spend a few hours…did we find a ‘contender?’..another possibility to add to our list of ‘future home on wheels’!!

  1. We're leaving Las Vegas to head back to Apache Junction, AZ tomorrow and I told Jim that when we get back we are "spring" cleaning the motor home. And that means getting rid of stuff also. It's amazing how much stuff we seem to accumulate especially where there is no room for it. Why don't you come down and clean for me? LOL

  2. Your condo looks super clean and inviting! We've had a lot of rain and wind here near Port Townsend, and it's been reported to us that it was stormy and windy at home, too. At least by doing some spring cleaning you beat the weather!

  3. Yup, it's clean alright!! Your place looks fantastic! When the sun starts shining will you let us know? That will be the time to pack up and head for home! Wonder how the daffodils and tulips are doing?
    Take care!

  6. Careful when you kick those tires because they can sometimes kick you right back. In fact they may sometimes even want to come home with you. Last time we were in the tire kicking mode we came home with a Jeep. Now, that was some pretty darn good tire kicking I'd say:)))

  10. Nothing like that feeling of satisfaction when you have everything clean and organized. That is usually the time that John pulls out all his plane stuff! Oh well, your condo looks great. Judy from Rvlifeonwheels

  12. I can't wait to close on our condo, take delivery of our new RV and build my nest! All of the boxes sitting around waiting to be unpacked are very trying to my OCD of needing "everything in it's place".
