Time to enjoy the fruits of our labour…

Finally after all the hard work it is time to enjoy our ‘Little Dawg’…

I am here at Brae Island Regional Park in Fort Langley…we have been here numerous times over the past few years..but the last time was March 2010..so it has been a while…and to be quite honest..we have missed coming here….sort of like coming back home…

A peaceful campground nestled beside the Fraser River…just to give you a bit of an idea!!..this was from April 2010…

Doug brought me and Tucker tonight after work…so I am staying in the tent trailer on my own for the night…he will be here tomorrow after work…

There was no time to take photos…so that will have wait until the morning..

Speaking of the morning..August 5th, 1979 is the 32nd anniversary of our first date………where has the time gone??….

I can hardly believe that 32 years has past since that night!…Happy Anniversary!

So tonight I will fall asleep listening to the neighbours chat around the campfire..nice and cozy inside our beloved ‘Little Dawg’…

stay tuned there will be more to come this weekend…when I get some time…there are walks to be had…swimming for the ‘golden boy’..{ he spotted the river tonight}….maybe some geocaching?…and lots of relaxing!!…even a book or two to be read?…

We are both looking forward to ‘embracing this camping experience once again’….
