Humdinger?

Saturday.. Date night in the making…Where are we going?

…well, the RV show, of course…

The Humdinger of all RV shows..

Two for the price of one, after 5 pm….what a deal!..that was the plan…

But sometimes things just don’t come together…not today anyway…

no tiring kicking…no RV dreaming…

We stayed home tonight..Date night is postponed…instead it was a frozen pizza and TV..

Not quite what I had in mind..a ‘good hair’ day, too ..geesh!!!

Oliver was happy to have us at home tonight, at least…

just hanging around..ahh  yes the life of the cat…the ‘boss’!..when the dog is away the cat is on the ottoman!..snoozing…

  1. Hopefully there will be other RV shows in your future, you gotta spend your kid's inheritance someway. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna..

  2. Whenever there is a sales show and they had the notion of charging a fee to get in, I turn around in the door. Do I have to pay a fee to visit the dealers lot? Nope!

  5. You passed up a humdinger of an RV show? Now that takes fortitude. But sounds like a terrific evening anyway!

  6. Sorry your plans didn't work out, but hope the evening at home was a good one. Sometimes changed plans happen for a good reason.
    Have a great day today!

  10. Sue, are you planning on looking for a new motorhome that matches the jeep?! ;)

Oliver certainly looks comfy with you staying home!

  12. Good thing you stayed home because the right RV wasn't at that show anyway! ;c)

  14. Been a long time since we have been to an RV show. Unless we were serious about buying another rig I probably wouldn't go any more because it just make me crazy seeing all the great stuff. Puts me into a 'I want this & I want that' frenzy. We did briefly look at some new Class A's while camped at Lazy Days in Tucson this past winter & they just set my head to spinning trying to figure out how to swing a deal on one of them. No way Jose...not at half a million dollars apiece!!

  16. Oliver seemed happy you stayed home, pizza and a good TV show, and little down time together, not a bad date night in my opinion. Have a great Monday.

  17. At least there is no shortage of RV shows. Seattle, WA is nearby, Tacoma, WA too! Kelowna has one too. And, you saved your money!

  18. Think of it this way, you may have just saved yourselves lots and lots of money. Oliver looks pretty comfy there.

  20. Take comfort in the fact that when you do jump in and get your dream rig, you'll make those of your friends obsolete! I still love to look, too!
