Day 123: We have been together since August 1979 so this is the 33rd time we have celebrated Doug's birthday..Happy 54th!!..where has the time gone?

Day 124: 'Blue skies Smiling at me Nothing but blue skies Do I see..
a beautiful Saturday..spent doing the usual stuff but at least the sun was shining!

Day 125: ..okay I know it's a stretch, and imitation is the greatest form of flattery, but this is my 'rendition of 'Cinco de Mayo.
'Cinco de Mayo—or the fifth of May—commemorates the Mexican army's 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War (1861-1867).

A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with large Mexican-American populations.

Cinco de Mayo traditions include parades, mariachi music performances and street festivals in cities and towns across Mexico and the United States.'

Day 126: we have been having a 'spring heat wave' how about a nice cool 'shower?'

Day 127: 'fuzzy and white'

Day 128: our tree lined street creating a 'green canopy'

Day 129: Wisteria..

Day 130: 'all dried up?' the maintenance crew are 'washing the lagoons?' the water is drained and the fountains turned off..time to break out the 'scrub brushes'?

Day 131: 'sometimes it is just the colour that makes you look twice' wouldn't this be a nice 'accessory' for tailgating?

Day 132: Happy Mother's day!

Day 133: some days it is 'reel-y' difficult to find something to take a photograph of...

Day 134: 'time for a change?'

Day 135: on the way home from work today I noticed the license plate of the car in front me and wondered..oh a red plate, wonder where they are from? upon getting closer I noticed the plate said it was a BC plate?
I have never seen one of these forward to the wonders of 'google' and I found out it is a 'Honorary Consular Officer'...learn something new everyday!
