The many ‘skies’ of Tunkwa..

August 7-22, 2016

The daily journal is no more…it has been more than two weeks since my last post and of course..the only thing I can say is ‘where has the time gone??

..we have been busy working  and the days are just ‘running together’..it seems that the weekends fly by and before we know it the week is half way through again..

..We had a visit from Ken and Julie..campers we met at Monck Provincial Park...this time they brought their trailer and stayed for the weekend…so nice to see their smiling faces again..

We had  some time to visit with them so it was great to ‘catch up’ on their summer adventures..

..a storm blew through this evening…dark ominous clouds..wind and rain..no satellite signal..and with it came some thunder and lightning..

  1. Every week and weekend I am thinking the same: Another week gone by. Wasn't it just spring and beginning of summer? One more month and we are ready to start into October. And so the years of marriage are flying by as well. 29 yrs. for us. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

  2. I'm thinking at our ages the time just flies--like you, before we know it, the weekend is here again. But as Mike's 94 year old dad says, "at least we on the right side of the grass!"

  6. Happy Anniversary! We are 36 years in a week or so.
Funny that we seem to think our daily lives are boring, yet so many people around the world would be so jealous of us living in this paradise we call Canada!
