Aww nuts…

How on earth does someone do a recap of the past seven months?…

aww nuts

The last post that I did was on May 16..fast forward to today, December 31....a mere seven months later..I am feeling like ‘oh why even bother?’..

I did manage to post some monthly photos on my Facebook page but that was about as much as I could muster…there was no ‘real excuse’..other than not wanting to…I had basically lost interest..

I could  backtrack and highlight each month of ‘being in Park mode’..but I won’t bore you with that..

yes, we will be returning to Tunkwa  in  the Spring of 2018 for another ‘work season’..

Our winter season is being spent at Nk’mip Rv Park in Osoyoos…we are here till April 2018.

So now as the 2017 year is coming to a close..my blog will be doing same..

We are doing just fine …but life goes on and blogging is being left behind..So I will now join the ranks of those who have ‘left blogville’ ….

Hoping that everyone is well and healthy and that 2018 will be a good year for all of us…

So I just want to thank you all for ‘following along’ for the past nine years…

  1. I haven't blogged in well over a year and rarely if ever, read another's. I've lost interest kind of like I have with Facebook and the whole social media thing.
I discovered life outside of my PC!!
Happy new year to you and Doug...maybe we will cross paths soon although Bob says he is never going back to BC..what a guy!!

  2. We got tired of blogging as well. It actually became more like work. Life is short, better to spend time on the things that make you happy. Enjoy your retirement and have a very happy new year!

  3. I know that someday the same thing will probably happen to us but will probably slow down before just calling it quits. Stop in for a visit or leave a comment once in a while. You will be missed from Blog Land.
Wishing you a Safe, Healthy and Happy New Year.

    It's about time.

  4. Totally understand as I'm kind of feeling like that myself. Now, I really only blog about our travels and those are becoming fewer and fewer. Have a Happy 2018. Enjoy life and if you feel like saying hi once in awhile, that would be okay with us.

  5. I can certainly understand!!! When we returned to full-timing I immediately started the blog again but we don't "move " much so what do we write about??? It does become work!! I am so glad we are friends on FB so I can keep up with you and still see those gorgeous pics....especially the ones of Tucker!! Stay in touch my friend!!!

  7. Ditto. I think blogging has served us well in the past, but now it is time to move on. I enjoyed reading about your RV life, and valued your comments on our struggles. Peace be with you.
